Colony Nears 400 Mark FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., May 21. Incoming shipments over the week-end brought the number of horses on the grounds at Fairmount Park to close to 400. This means that the stabling capacity point at Collinsville, HI., plant has been nearly reached. Among the latest to arrive were the five horses of Frank Fellows from Springfield, Mo. In the Fellows shipment were Kapi, a consistent sprinting mare, and Conative, a distance performer who was in action during the past winter. Fellows also lsent three two-year-olds.
