Owner, Groom Suspended HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., May 21. The stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Waller Puller, groom, has been suspended this day for chaining the horse, Duke-O-Balu, in the barn Friday, May 16, 1947, and his case is referred to the Maryland Racing Commission. "M. E. Gilbert, Jr., owner of the horse, Duke-O-Balu, is suspended for the same offense and his case is referred to the Maryland commission."
