Manley to Accept Mounts HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., May 21. Jockey Sydney Manley was taken off all his mounts yesterday by order of the stewards, who expect to question him concerning the four-horse spill which occurred in the seventh race last Friday. Manley was injured in that spill, spraining an ankle which at first was thought broken. Following the questioning, the stewards announced that Manley would be permitted to accept mounts tomorrow.
