Takes Call on Boston HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., May 21. J. P. "Doc" Jones, successful Charlottesville, Va., conditioner, today completed transactions with agent Jim OBrey, whereby he secures first call on the services of the apprentice, rider, Donald Boston. Jones call begins tomorrow and runs for the duration of the meeting and the entire Delaware Park session. Boston, currently second leading rider here and the most successful apprentice rider on the grounds, scored his initial success on August 7 of last year and will retain his five-pound "bug" until the same date of this year. Since riding his first winner, Boston has graced the winners circle nearly 100 times.
