California Yearling Sales To Be Held July 14, 15, 16 LOS ANGELES, Calif., May 21. Dates for the annual summer sale of the California Thoroughbred Breeders Association were announced today by that organization. The vendues will be held on July 14, 15 and 16, evenings only, at Santa Anita Park. Nearly 200 yearlings are expected to be listed in the catalog, which are scheduled to be ready for distribution by June 15. Last years average of ,832 for 107 head disposed of, is expected to be greatly exceeded in view of the splendid performances of California-breds on race tracks all over the country.
