Barber Shop at Delaware HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., May 3.— Frank Petro and Leighton Cubbage, who operated the barber shop at Havre de Grace during the current meeting and who also serve other Maryland tracks, announced today that through the cooperation of Bryan Field, vice-president and general manager of Delaware Park, they will open a four-chair shop at the course near Wilmington. A manicurist and bootblack will be available at the shop when the meeting opens on May 28.
