Calls HBPA Meeting GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 3. — Merritt "Happy" Buxton, vice president of the New Jersey division of the HBPA, issued a call for an important committee meeting for Wednesday at 1:00 oclock. The committeemen, according to Buxton, are requested to convene to discuss an important matter.
