Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form LINCOLN, R. I., May 3.— The Rhode Island State Racing Commission issued the following ruling today: "In accordance with the recommendation of the stewards at Lincoln Downs, the suspension of jockey Albert Florio, issued on Thursday, April 28, 1949, is hereby approved. "After a full and complete investigation and hearing, jockey Albert Florio is this day suspended indefinitely for violation of Rule 152 of the Rules of Racing."
