Wilson Buys Teddies Imp CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 6. — Sam E. Wilson, Jr., of Corpus Christi, Texas, today purchased the promising two-year-old colt Teddies Imp, from Warren Gale Douglass at private terms. Teddies Imp will be a starter in the Bash-ford Manor Stakes on Derby Day and will carry the silks of his new owner in that five furlongs dash. Thomas Patrick Fleming is conditioning the Texas-owned stable thoroughbreds.
