Brooks Flying to Louisville PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 6.— Jockey Steve Brooks, who handles the saddle chores forWarren Wrights Calumet Farm, will leave here at 8 a. m. tomorrow in his private plane for Louisville, K.v.. where he will handle the establishments three - year - old colt, Ponder, in the Derby. It will mark the first time that Brooks has ever thrown a lee; over the Pensive colt. He is quite familiar with other starters in the classic, however, having; been astride Old Rockport, Olympia and Johns Joy in their maiden victories.
