Mrs. Sarah E. Moody Dies LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 10.— Local horsemen, members of the thoroughbred colony who were active in the sport previous to the turn of the century specifically, were grieved to learn of the death of Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Moody, wife of the former owner and trainer, James H. Moody, who died several years ago. Moody was well known in racing, having campaigned his units in the United States and Cuba for a great number of years. He was locally known as conditioner of the formidable stable maintained by the Shady Brook Farm of Theodore Mueller. Mrs. Moody, who was in her eighty-eighth year, is now at the Thomas A. Blandford Funeral Home, where services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at two oclock. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
