Burton at Downs CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 10. — Fred Burton, who serves as racing secretary at the Keeneland and Charles Town courses, visited the local course this morning and will remain in the Falls City for several days previous to returning to the West Virginia oval which starts its second spring meeting of 24 days on Monday May 16.
