Jockey Mullins Injured SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., May 10 — The second serious accident of the day to befall a local rider, happened late this morning when Fantasy Farms Miss Russell stumbled following her trial, tossing jockey Charley Mullins over her head. The lad became entangled in his stirrups and when rushed to the Chelsea Memorial Hospital, it was believed that he has a fractured skull. Definite diagnosis of Mullins injuries will be released after doctors have examined x-rays.
