OSullivan Hit in Ruling DUFFERIN PARK, Toronto, May 10.— Jockey E. OSullivan was fined 0.00 and suspended for five racing days for rough riding on Wrakfair in the fourth race yesterday, in which he interfered with Pies Pat on two occasions, resulting in the disqualification of his horse Wrakfair who finished first and was placed second to Hoi Pat by the disqualification.
