Urge Filing of Registrations SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., May 10. — Registration blanks for the approaching Lincoln Fields-at-Washington Park meeting which opens Monday, can be obtained at the secretarys office here. Horsemen are urged to file their registration and badge lists as soon as possible. James T. Clark will be on hand Thursday at Washing Park to accept the applications.
