Suss man Opens Stand WASHINGTON PARENT Homewood, Hi., May 16. — Max Sussman, who. for many seasons has held the binocular concession on the Chicago circuit, arrived, from Churchill Downs this morning and established business in his usual spot at this course. Sussman left his stand for the remaining week of the Churchill Downs meeting in charge of a niece, Mrs. Clara Harrellson.
