Hardy Gets Canadian Offers LOS ANGELES, Calif., May 7 UP.— Jim Hardy, star quarterback for the Chicago Cardinals of the National Football League, said today he has received offers from three Canadian pro grid teams. Hardy, who played with the Los Angeles Rams for three years % before joining the Cards in 1949, said he had received two offers from eastern Canadian teams and one from a western Canadian team for the 1951 season. He said all three of the teams offered him "more than the Cardinals did."
