Rushin Returns Home CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 7. — James E. Rushin, vice-president of the Dinkier Hotels Corporation, departed for his Montgomery, Ala., home after witnessing Saturdays Kentucky Derby. Rushin, who formerly managed the • Kentucky Hotel, renewed acquaintances with many newsmen during his Louisville visit.
