Jockey E. Barnes Suspended RIVER DOWNS, California, Ohio, June 12.— The stewards here today issued the following ruling: "Jockey E. Barnes is suspended for the balance of the meeting, Ending July 21, for drinking and being in an intoxicated condition in the jockeys room, Saturday, June 9. His case is further referred to the Ohio State Racing Commission with the recommendation that his jockeys license be revoked."
