Air Arlington Saturday Stakes Over CBS Network Wednesday Features to Be Filmed For Video Audiences in Evening . The Saturday feature races at Arlington and Washington Park racetracks will be broadcast this season over the Columbia Broadcasting System network. The CBS Chicago outlet is WBBM. Broadcast time is set for 4:45-5:00 p. m., Central Daylight Time. Descripiton of the races will be handled by Jack Drees. Highlights of the series, which begins at Arlington Park, will include the broadcasts of the 0,000 Arlington Matron, the 0,-000 Arlington Classic, and the 50,000 Arlington Handicap. A new television "wrinkle" has. been worked out by the Arlington-Washington TV departmentrand station WNBQ. Each Wednesdays stake race will be covered by still cameras shooting the race in sequence The pictures will be mounted on flip cards and flipped in order in front of the TV camera while a recorded description of the race is heard on the audio. This novel treatment of a TV race presentation will be heard and seen on Tom Duggans "Lets Look at Sports," each Wednesday evening at 10:30, on WNBQ, Channel 5.
