Purner Flying East SANTA ANITA PARK, Arcadia, Calif., June 12.— Fred Purner, Santa Anita Park • publicity head, is flying to New York Wednesday night for the Thoroughbred Racing Associations meeting at Belmont Park Thursday and Friday. He will stay over for the 83rd running of the Belmont Stakes Saturday, then fly on to Arlington Park for the opening of that meeting Monday.
