I i . ; , Grant Orloff Injunction LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 21.— Morris Orloff, 47-year-old restaurant proprietor, was granted an injunction by Supreme Court here yesterday, permitting him access to Santa Anita. Five years ago, track officials barred him on the grounds that he had been a bookmaker. The Supreme Court ruled that he could not be denied admittance unless he engaged in book-making on the track premises. Orloff has other suits pending, and he is demanding damages for the five years that Santa Anita barred him.
