CHOICE BITS went to the front at once, established a good lead entering the stretch, but was ridden out to withstand WHAT GOES ON. The latter, forced slightly wide at the final turn, closed fast when straight for the drive, but could not reach the winner. PENNW0VEN made a good bid entering the stretch, but faltered during the drive? MISS HANKY had no excuse. INIMICAL tired after engaging CHOICE BITS to the stretch. FAYETTE STAR was outrun. Won driving; second and third the same. OUR CINDY was hustled to the front early, opened a good lead before entering the stretch, but was hard ridden thereafter to withstand RHEASTAT. The latter, away fast and forwardly placed from the outset, closed gamely under brisk urging, but could not overtake the winner, although easily best of the others. LILS GADGET could not better her position when hard urged through the stretch. LOVELY LOCUST tired after racing well to the stretch. KISSES HEART was outrun. FREDERIKA W. was never dangerous. LADY ROWENA raced wide. WAVE-A-LU was through early. ALIXE C. had a rough trip. BABY BOOTSY, forced back when caught between horses at the upper turn, failed to recover. SANTED, never far back, went to the front entering the stretch, responded to brisk handling and held MINNESINGER safe. The latter gradually improved position to the stretch and closed fast, but could not overtake the top one, although easily best of the others. BE STYLISH faltered after racing well to the stretch. NICOTINE GAL began fast, but dropped back after the start and was unable to reach *he leaders when set down through the stretch. PETITE BAYOU was outrun. CARABELLE, on the inside throughout, tired during the stretch run. BOLD POISE failed to stay after showing early foot. WHITE HALL raced greenly. SORORITY, on the outside throughout, responded to punishment during the drive and was up in the last strides to dispose of WHAMMO. The latter, much used racing with ARIEL SWEEP to the last eighth, reached the lead, but could not hold the winner, just missing. ARIEL SWEEP went to the front early, made the pace until inside the stretch, then faltered. ARIEL SWEEPS rider claimed foul against WHAMMO, but it was not allowed by the stewards. RIGHT JAB lacked early speed, but closed fast. MISS MONTSIN began fast, but could not keep up after the start. ROMARY ANN was outrun PLAY EDA was never prominent. BICKETT showed nothing. BYRONIC, a sharp factor from the start, assumed command after disposing of AUNT DORA, then drew clear and won with something left. BOUNCING BOOTS made a good bid nearing the stretch, continued gamely when set down in the drive, but could not seriously threaten the winner. AUNT DORA went to the front at the beginning, made the pace to the stretch, but faltered when challenged by BYRONIC. KINGARVIE, on the outside throughout, failed to rally when set down through the stretch. BON LYNN lacked early speed, saved ground at the stretch turn, but could not reach serious contention. WAR HOST was never prominent. LITTLE BABOO tired after displaying early speed. CONVICTED could not keep up. RINGADOR was through early. Scratched— 313843 Tacony, 109. BLUE POINT began fast, engaged JOFIELD for three-eighths mile, could not hold the latter, but held the others safe. NICE TINT raced evenly to the stretch and closed willingly under brisk urging. MONEY LENDER failed to respond when set down through the stretch. RULE-ONE made a mild bid nearing the final turn, but faltered during the drive. FLASHY KAY tired after showing early speed. HUMPHREY, on the outside from the start, tired after racing prominently to the upper turn. BLEMISH was far back after the break. Scratched— 312704 Night Parade, 109.
