James Francis Visits Father DETROIT, Mich., June 4.— James Francis, Jr., who will serve as clerk of scales at the co-ordinated Arlington Park arid Washington Park meetings, stopped off here today to visit with his f ather, a member of the local tracks jockey scale room staff. Young Francis motored from his Covington, Ky., home and he will journey to Chicago Friday.
