Sodders; bred by Mill River Stable. WENT TO POST-2:01. OFF AT 2:01 CENTRAL DAYLIGHT TIME. Start good from stall gate. Won driving: second and third the same. MORE CHEERS, saved in the early running, moved up on the inside around the far turn and came to the outside for the stretch run to finish very fast and catch SPICY DAME in the last thirty yards. SPICY DAME rushed to the front around the stretch turn to open up a good lead and, although going well to the finish, was unable to resist the winner. MISSELECT led briefly nearing the stretch turn and went courageously after being headed. JOHN BAUER went fairly well after being topped. MISS FORAY saved ground early to move up on the inside around the far turn, then came to the outside on the stretch turn, but raced wide and weakened. RAPID MAIL was never a contender. EXCELSIS was saved in the early stages and, after moving up in the stretch, was nursed until an opening appeared, then shot through to take command in the last sixteenth, but just lasted to hold NETCHERETTE. The latter was outrun early, but came very fast next to the rail in the stretch to find an opening and would have won in a few more strides. TRIO-GRAPH moved to the front in the middle of the track entering the final furlong and held on well. BLUE BAR was in rather tight quarters in the stretch, but finished gamely. GOLD BOOTS Weakened after getting to the front on the stretch turn. FAIR QUEST had good early speed while saving ground. KISSABLE tired. INFINITY K. quit badly. BABYS DELIGHT left the. gate quickly and,, obtaining a good lead, withstood a challenge from CROSSBOW GIRL nearing the stretch turn to draw out from the latter in the stretch, but was doing his best to hold LARK SUN. The latter lacked much early speed, but moved up in the stretch to find an opening on the inside and was gaining. OUTLAW raced wide, but held on well. POCKET ALL was in rather tight quarters early, but moved up nearing the stretch turn to take command in the stretch and hold SO THERE under urging. SO THERE also made a strong run through the stretch, but showed a tendency to lug in nearing the finish. MIGHTY PRETTY moved to a gcod contending position after entering the stretch, but faltered in the final drive. GRAND JUROR came gamely between horses in the stretch. MISTRESS EDITH tired. UG0BY, never far away, came strongly when urged nearing the stretch turn ana, coming to the outside of AMAF0X on the turn, was forced slightly wide by the latter, but forged to the front near the end to win narrowly. AMAFOX drew clear of the field after going a quarter and held on fairly well in the final drive WAR TEDDY was close enough early and saved ground on the stretch turn to make a fair bid an eighth out, then faltered. CAC0M0 was slow to get going and was outrun for half the distance, then came to the outside and, moving fast in the middle of the track, caught RECLINE in the final stride. RECLINE was saved close up to the stretch, then gained gradually on EAGLE EYE to pass him a sixteenth out and battle gamely to the finish. CHALLCOTE was unable to keep up early, but finished full of run. EAGLE EYE was used up setting the pace and lacked the necessary strength to resist closing challenges. SCREEMIN JACK saved ground in the first half mile to reach contention and was well up thereafter. MAIL FROM HOME acted badly at the post, threw himself in his stall and was never a contender. STOP GAP was sharply cut off on the stretch turn while tiring. MON-PHARO quit badly in the stretch. FIRE UP lacked early speed and was outrun to the stretch, then gained steadily. COLLEGE was forced to race rather wide early, but finished with good courage. WHIRL AWHILE found an opening in the stretch to close well. TALLTOWN made up ground in the last quarter. LIABILITY and FLAMING BUSH tired. PRECESSION WAS SCRATCHED IN THE PARADE TO THE POST.
