Arlington, Washington Park Officials Meet With HBPA HAWTHORNE, Cicero, 111., June 4.— Officials of Arlington and Washington Parks attended a dinner last evening with the members of the executive committee of the central division of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association with a general conference following. Those in attendance representing track management were Miss Marjorie Lind-heimer, assistant executive director of Arlington Park; Bernard Fallon, president of Washington Park; Howard Ellis, attorney, and Beverly Jessopp. The HBPA was represented by Joseph G. Kohout, vice-president central division; Dr. Harry W. Lindy, vice-president Michigan division, representing the national office of the HBPA by direction of Robert O. Read, national president; Leslie Vogel, HBPA attorney; Harold Hoffman and| Robert Cameron, secretary-treasurer, and the following committeemen of the Horsemens organization: Frank Nugent, John Beck, W. A. Mikel, E. H. McMahon, A. Troutt, W. H. Bishop, B. Creech, J. Ogles-by, and Cameron. During the conference both sides presented and discussed, their views at great length. The meeting was then adjourned to enable both to go into executive session with plans for another meeting to be scheduled at a later date.
