OFF AT 6:03* EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME. Start good from stall gate. Won driving; second and third the same. TIP OFF, under stout restraint close to the pace, moved up to engage the leader entering the stretch, assumed command inside the final furlong and drew clear under pressure. NEB JR. raced AIR POCKET into submission, drew clear leaving the backstretch, but was unable to cope with the winner. SWEET SIGRID slipped through along the inside to close ground in the late stages. GOOD-SHOPPER went evenly. ROSY SCENE was taken back off the pace and reserved until the 5 final quarter mile, then failed to make up ground. AIR POCKET retired steadily after six furlongs. The latter was allowed to drop off the pace early, moved inside for the drive and was catching the winner. SUFFAZON rallied in the final quarter mile and was pressing. BRAVE BIM alternated in establishing the pace, saved ground, but weakened. BUSS UP closed ground in the late stages. MATTAFOR loomed as a threat entering the stretch and faltered.
