The latter moved to the winner menacingly in the early stretch and hung in the drive. EVICTED loomed a threat in the early stretch, gave way and came back in an unsound condition. RARE KNAVE was starting his rally when he ran up on the heels of ESMERO midway of the final turn. SINGING BEAUTY attained a clear lead on the final turn and quit. PICADOR was always far back.
