Stewards Rulings HAWTHORNE, Cicero, 111., June 22. —The Lincoln Fields stewards Saturday suspended Kenneth Church for 10 racing days, effective June 23 • to July 3, inclusive, for rough riding in the seventh race of. June 20. DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 22. — The board of stewards ruled: "Jockey James Breckons is fined 5 for a frivolous claim of foul after the running of the seventh race June 20." AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 22. — The stewards issued the following rulings: "For conduct detrimental to the best interest of racing, exercise boy, Wilford Harris, is suspended and denied access to and the privileges of the grounds for the balance of this meeting and his case referred to the Nebraska State Racing Commission for further action. CRANWOOD PARK, Warrensville Heights, Ohio, June 22. — The Cranwood Park stewards issued the following rul- -ing here today: "Trainer Joseph I. Losen is suspended for the remainder of the meeting for violating rule No. 260; giving internal medication to a horse less than 48 hours prior to a race. All horses owned by Mr. Losen will not be allowed to start during the remainder of this meeting." DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 22. — The following ruling waS" posted here: "By order of the stewards jockey Angela Vasil was suspended for .10 racing days effective Monday, June 22, to Thursday, July 2, inclusive, for crossing over too sharply after the * start of the third and eighth races on Friday, June 19." MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 22. — The Monmouth Park stewards this afternoon issued the fol- ■ lowing ruling: "The entry of the chestnut horse Payucano, foaled in 1946 by Cosquilloso — Humorada, owned by Julio Quebleen, is hereby approved."
