Stewards Rulings RIVER DOWNS, California, Ohio, June 1. — The stewards issued the following ruling today: "Leroy "Leo" Collins, former exercise rider, is denied the privileges of River _ Downs race course for touting." WINNIPEG, Man., June 1.— T h e stewards of the Calgary spring meeting released the following ruling under date of May 26. "The filly Miss Bird which finished third in the Second race this day in which she was,, not eligible, her earnings are disqualified and third money is awarded to the gelding Joe Somers and fourth money to the filly Flick-some. The wagering is not affected."
