Shea Arrives for Narragansett Meeting PAWTUCKET, R. I., June 1.— With the arrival of racing secretary Mathias C. "Ty" Shea from Garden State Park, Narragansetts official family was fast assembling on the scene ready -for the start of the session next Monday.
