Stewards Rulings GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 10. — The stewards issued the following: ruling: "Jockey Russell Oliver is suspended 10 riding days May 10 through May 21 lor careless riding going into the first turn, third race. May 8, Garden State Park." LINCOLN DOWxNS, Lincoln. R. I., May 10. — The Rhode Island Racing and Athletics Commission released the following rulings today: "In accordance with the ruling of the stewards at Lincoln Downs, the suspension of trainer Carlos Hernan- Continued on Page Forty-Eight Stewards Rulings Continued from Page Three dez. issued on May 4, 1957, in connection with the administering of a drug, "amphetamine" to the horse Cash me In, winner of the first race, May 2 at Lincoln Downs, is hereby approved. It is further ordered that said suspension be continued for a period of 90 days from May 10, 1957 for violation of rule 519 of the rules of racing. "Permission is hereby granted to Joseph R. Germaine, 11 Beacon St.. Boston 8, Mass.. for the transfer of the horse. Cash Me In. from trainer Carlos Hernandez, suspended, to trainer John Cornell." BAY MEADOWS, San Mateo. Calif-May 10. — The board of stewards handed down the following ruling: "For misuse of his engagement book, jockeys agent Danny Welscher is fined the sum of 5."
