Inswept and Convoy to Go In Preakness Prep Monday PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 10. — With executive director Louis Pond-fields announcement that the Preakness Prep will "go" on Monday, trainer Frank A. Bonsai today declared that "a decision has been made to run Gough W. Thompsons Inswept in the mile and one -sixteenth allowance purse, final tuneup for the 00,000 Preakness on Saturday, May 18. Jockey Joe Culmone. who rode Inswept to victory in the Chesapeake Stakes, will handle the Faultless — Sweep In colt in both engagements. An additional starter in the Preakness Prep was assured today when trainer Janon Fisher Jr., disclosed that he will run his wifes Convoy on Monday with jockey Norman Cox up. "I feel that Convoy is improving and that this race will determine his Preakness status." Fisher said.
