Stewards Rulings i PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 15. — The stewards here issued the following rulings: "Owner Donald E. Grubb is suspended and his case referred to the Maryland Racing Commission for violation of the claiming rules. Harnan Jr. is fined 5 for failure to properly conduct his business as agent and maintain proper records."
