Jockey McLaughlin Injured LINCOLN DOWNS, Lincoln, R. I.. May 15. — Veteran jockey Dick McLaughlin, who just returned here a few days ago after enjoying a successful couple of months on the Maryland circuit, suffered a broken right leg when thrown from Herman Silvermans Gang Fox prior to the third race here this afternoon. Gang Fox was very rank while being loaded into the gate. He was finally placed in his number four stall but started to act up and tossed McLaugh-line, who appeared to be in severe pain as he laid on the ground. He was taken to the Lady of Fatima Hospital in Providence. R. I.
