Koptyra Suffers Eye Injury ASCOT PARK. Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. May 15. — Jockey Michael Koptyra was forced to cancel his riding engagements here today due to an injured eye, not serious but painful. Koptyra was struck in the eye by a clod of dirt during the exercise period this morning. He is tied with Owen Headley for riding honors at the current meeting with 29 wins.
