Dr. Herb Eyes Preakness Prep PIMLICO. Baltimore. Md.. May 5.— Jo-soph Serio Jr.. Maryland owner-trainer, reported that the homebred sophomore Dr. Herb, winner of both the Prince Georges Stakes at Bowie and the Maryland Derby at Laurel, came out of his last race in fine condition and his next start will probably be in the Preakness Prep on Monday.
