; I 1 i : Cahokia Restricts Afternoon Racing to Two Holidays CAHOKIA DOWNS, East St. Louis, 111., May 5. — The remaining Saturday afternoon programs, with the exception of Saturday, May 30, and Saturday, July 4, have been canceled, it was announced today. As a result the May 9, 16 and 23 programs will revert to night racing as are all weekday programs at this track. Cahokia ran last Saturday in the afternoon and the attendance of 4,243 and mutuel play of 08,578 was below expectation.
