"Brownie" Held, who has filled secretarial posts for over 20 years, will take over the racing secretary duties at Beulah Park for the conclusion of the 19-3 day meeting. Held is filling in for Eugene W. Bury, who was attending to the funeral arrangements of his wife, who passed away on Tuesday.
