1 BELMONT PARK NOTES Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Salmon, Jr., are receiving the congratulations of their intimate friends over the announcement of the birth of a second daughter at the Doctors Hospital. John Sloan, member of the racing commission and also noted architect, has prepared blue prints for the proposed changes in the betting ring. These plans will be passed upon before J. E. Widener leaves for France Saturday evening. Tom Thorp stated he has already received applications from horsemen for Empire City stalls. His policy will be first come, first served. George Odom will ship two or three horses to Kentucky on the first available car leaving here for that state.
