WASHINGTON PARK NOTES i g Injuries suffered in a fall at Washington Park last Saturday having mended sufficiently, jockey Glen Haines had his tonsils removed Wednesday. He is confined in St. James Hospital, Chicago Heights, and hopes to be dismissed in about ten days. Robert Dotter, whose home is in Newport, Ky., had his first chance in colors when he rode Bistrita here Thursday. Dotter is un- der engagement to Howard Wells, young Kentucky turfman, for a period of five yearst and is considered an excellent prospect. Thomas Young, track superintendent at Lincoln Fields and Churchill Downs, is here for a short visit. He returns to his home in Louisville Saturday.
