1 ROCKINGHAM PARK NOTES i Harry Vetal has been appointed agent for Miss A. Doris. H. C. Rumage, who has under contract apprentice J., Johnson, has received three offers for the boys contract. Tom Brown, .paddock and placing judge here, will leave Saturday to become the presiding judge at the Wonderland Park dog meeting at Revere. The meeting opens Saturday night. Tom Harmon has arrived from Lexington, Ky., to train the. Phil T. Chinn horses. He has succeeded Walter A. Carter as trainer. Frank White, training nine horses forthe B. B. Stable here, expects a shipment of several more head from New York before this meeting ends. The first totalizator in the Southwest will be erected at Epsom Downs at Houston by Lou Smith, owner of the Texas track. He -completed negotiations Thursday with the American Totalizator. The 0,000 Rockingham Park Handicap, a mile and a furlong event, has already drawn the nominations of A. G. Tanderbilts Discovery and Mrs. F. A. Carreauds War Glory and Mrs. Silas B. Masons great Head Play. The race will be run a week from Saturday, June 15. Col. W. A. Jones added Boston Brook to his string when he purchased the colt from-H. R. Dickens for a private consideration. The. colt performed in the interest of his owner in the fourth race. J.C Hamilton arrived from Toronto with four head he had been campaigning at Woodbine..
