TOTALIZER FOR HOUSTON HOUSTON, Texas, June 6. Edward J. Hussion, president of the Texas Breeders and Racing Association, which operates Epsom Downs, apprised Thursday afternoon by Daily Racing Form of the announcement that Lou Smith had completed the deal for a totalizator at the Houston track, said negotiations for the "tote" had been under way for some time and that he was expecting further information from Smith. Formal application, he said, would be made immediately to the Texas Racing Commission for permission to install the totalizator for the meeting next fall. There will be about twenty-five racing days, probably beginning the latter part of November,
