DEVONSHIRE OPENS JULY 27 DETROIT, Mich., June 6. C. A. Pfeffer, president of the Devonshire track, set rumors to rest that there would be no meeting at that track when he notified Detroit friends today that the Windsor track would have a fourteen-day summer meeting starting July 27.
