I BELMONT PARK NOTES ! s J. E. Widener said today that he would be disappointed by not being here to witness Brevity start in the Belmont Stakes, but he might overcome the jinx that has surrounded the colt this season in his two important starts by awaiting results of the race aboard the liner Europe bound. Trainer A. B. Gordon has given up all hope of having Coldstream back to the races for some time. The colt will be kept at Belmont Park and will be shipped to the farm when in a fit condition to move. H. Teller Archibald, the Virginia sportsman-breeder, arrived from his farm for a weeks sport.
