KIEVS PENNANT SET BACK LATONIA, Ky., June 2. The third disqualification of the meeting and the fifth jockey suspension of the day came with the running of the seventh race, in which Kives I Pennant finished first but was placed last by the stewards for repeatedly fouling Brilliant tate during the stretch drive. The latter was awarded first place, Cool second, and Rope Walker third in the official placing. Jockey W. Farrell, who was astride Kievs Pennant, stands suspended for ten days because of the rough tactics he employed, and jockey W. Hanka, who had the mount on Cloverport in the same event, drew a suspension of five days for roughing I on the clubhouse turn, "
