RACING COMMISSION RULINGS Jeorge Foster, secretary of the Illinois Racing Commission, announced Monday that the commission ordered the suspension of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Orr and the horses Metau-rus, Unkie Tom, Doris B., Drombo and Orinoco for a period of ninety days, ending August 30. The suspension was meted out as a result of the positive saliva test taken on the horse Metaurus, June 1, at Hawthorne, the test showing traces of strychnine. An indefinite suspension was also meted out to Dr. John R. Upton, who was barred for practicing without first obtaining a veterinarians license from the state of Illinois.
