ALAMO DOWNS 1937 DATES AUSTIN, Texas, June 16. Alamo Downs, the San Antonio track, has asked the Texas racing commission for winter and spring dates in 1937, to constitute two meetings of practically the same duration as the two consecutive meetings conducted this year. The proposed dates begin January 1 and close February 27. According to law, legal notice of these applications is being advertised in San Antonio newspapers before action is taken by the racing commission,
