t AQUEDUCT TURF NOTES f S The Brookmeade Stables Good Goods was returned to Belmont Park from Rockingham, where he finished second in the weekend fixture at that point. C. V. Whitneys Tatterdemalion was shipped from Detroit to Chicago to fulfill a stake engagement at that point. The King Ranchs Split Second was returned to Belmont Park from Detroit, where she raced in the Detroit Derby. Trainer Peter Coyne stated that the X-ray pictures of Brevity show no fractures but that the injury will take time to heal and he will be looked upon as a doubtful starter for the remainder of the year. Trainer A. J. Joyner reported that when G. D. Wideners Sation was examined in his stall at Belmont Park a dozen small cuts were discovered about his legs which will keep him on the walking list for several days. The cuts, however, are not of a serious nature. P. J. Malone took over the riding engagements of the J. E. Widener contract rider, W. D. Wright. How Fair and Drat, owned by R. L. Gerry, arrived here. J. P. Malone has taken over the engagement of jockey Wayne Wright, succeeding Nick Huff.
