GOOGIE, under restraint early, moved up steadily when called upon, came to the outside in the stretch and, finishing gamely, got up in the last few strides. BLUE FOAM, away fast, took the lead at the first turn, was under slight restraint when outrun by BUGABOO, saved ground on the lower turn, took the lead on the lower turn and held on gamely. HABANERO, far back early, closed with a rush in the stretch and was going gamely at the end. DRASTIC GOAL raced evenly. BUGABOO rushed into the lead in the back stretch, raced well for three-quarters and then tired. MISS HUTCHESON was outrun. MISS MOO raced wide all the way. Corrected weight Googie, 114. HOME FIRST, under restraint for the first three-quarters, responded gamely when called upon, came to the outside in the stretch and, wearing down ATHANETTE, was going away at the end. ATHANETTE crossed over sharply at the first turn, was rushed into a good lead in the back stretch, held on gamer than usual, but was not good enough. FREE ADVICE, far back early, worked his way up on the outside and was going gamely at the end. STARO, in close quarters in the back stretch, was forced to take back, moved up gamely when clear and was going well at the end. JESSIE COPPAGE had a rough trip. PRIVATELY tired badly.
